I love when restaurants and places provide free kids activity books to children dining in or visiting. With the recent COVID-19 situation, children have been stuck at home waiting for school to start. Although the new school holidays just ended yesterday, for homeschoolers life continues as usual.
As worldwide travel is put on hold, Changi Airport has released a free set of kids activity books for kids bitten by the travel bug. Created by Changi Kids Club, there are currently two activity books available with one more on the way.
The kids activity books are available in a PDF format for download to be printed at home. Some of the pages are created for crafting and would work best if printed on a thicker paper or sticker paper. Otherwise to keep kids occupied, you can just print on regular paper for them to cut and glue where needed.
Activity Book 1 features a selection of the gardens available at Changi Airport, along with teaching the process of luggage packing and handling. Also included is an easy to follow guide on creating your own airplane from materials found at home.
Activity Book 2 focuses more on popular icons around Changi Airport with activities that are different from the ones in Book 1. For the budding mathematicians, there are brain teasers made with flower and plant icons to solve.
Book 3 will be released mid-June. Head over to the Changi Kids Club website to download your copy now.
